If you have an issue with your order, please contact us at info@amyshehab.com within 7 days of receiving your item. We review return and refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

To be considered for a return items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase within 7 days from the day you receive your products.

Below are the following conditions that must be met: 

READY TO WEAR COLLECTION

1. The product has not been used, worn or washed or damaged and is the same condition in which they were received 
2. No fragrance sprayed on clothing
3. Labels must be attached to the garment

 

BAGS

1. Bags have not been used, worn, modified or damaged
2. Bags are returned in their original packaging

 

JEWELRY

At AMYSHEHAB we take great pride in the quality of our jewelry. All sales are considered final, and we do not offer standard returns or exchanges. 

However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at info@amyshehab.com within 7 days of delivery. We assess all return or exchange requests on a case-by-case basis and may offer a solution at our discretion.

Customized or personalized jewelry is final and cannot be returned.
