SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIMES 

Orders are processed within 7–10 business days. During periods of increased order volume, processing and shipment times may be extended. Please allow additional transit time as needed. Once an order has been fulfilled and dispatched, the estimated delivery timeframe is 3–5 days for domestic shipments and 5-7 business days for international shipments, depending on the destination country.

Processing times may increase during sale, holiday, restock, or new-release periods due to elevated order volume.

Once your order has been fulfilled, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please note that a ‘pre-shipment’ status does not indicate that the order has been shipped; it simply means that USPS has been notified of the tracking number and the mailing label has been created.

Orders are subject to ship before or after an estimated ship date.
